Welcome to 11:11 Wellness. We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our shipping processes, costs, and timelines.
Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note, due to Christmas and holiday courier closures, orders made after 20th December 2024 will be shipped January 6th 2025.
New Zealand Shipping:
Auckland Standard Shipping: $10
Rest of New Zealand: Standard Shipping: $15
Expected delivery approximately 1-7 business days after courier collection.
Australia Shipping:
Australia Standard Shipping: $35
Takes up to 14 business days for Shipping, refer to courier for more information.
Expected delivery approximately 4-15 business days after courier collection.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
11:11 Wellness is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
