Crunchy Cacao Nibs
Our Cosmic Muma Cruchy Cacao Nibs have been hand made by the amazing women of the Solomon Islands. They are gently roasted, hand cracked into pieces and then the shell removed by a small winnower. You will find these are different to supermarket nibs as they are handmade (without machinery).
Cacao Nibs can be sprinkled over steamed vegetables, soup and added to your pepper grinder or tossed over a salad. These are excellent to add to a fruit bowl, smoothies, and porridge. They can be used as sugar free chocolate chips in baking. The flavor is floral and fruity with low acidity and always crunchy.
Cacao can help to boost mood, reduce inflammation, lower blood pressure and improve brain function. It's also a rich source of plant-based iron and magnesium.
All Cosmic Muma Cacao products are spray free and safe from heavy metals.
