We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
For New Zealand orders, delivery is expected in 2-7 days.
Global Shipping: Our Qenda products ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA and Asia. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Expected delivery for international orders is 4-15 days.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
